Wild Horse Hideaway is owned and hosted by Dale and Mary Evenson both third-generation Montanans. Dale is a Hall-of-Fame skier and avid outdoor sportsman and Mary is a licensed massage therapist. Our bed and breakfast was started twenty years ago by Dale and his wife, Trudy, who passed away last year. He and Mary are carrying on the tradition of warm hospitality, delicious breakfasts, and relaxation on beautiful Flathead Lake.
Wild Horse Hideaway is located on a private pebbly shore on spectacular Flathead Lake. Relax by our cozy campfire, swim, and enjoy our eclectic array of wild birds including songbirds, bald eagles and osprey. Area boat trips to explore picturesque Wild Horse Island where you may hike, picnic, and view Montana wildlife such as mule deer, bighorn sheep, and wild mustang horses are available. A delicious breakfast including, but not limited to, of fruit, breads, meat/eggs, and juice, and an endless coffee pot is provided.
Our rooms are private, lovely and comfortable, each with a balcony and view of the lake. Our warm hospitality, cozy accommodations, and majestic views will leave you planning your next visit.
